You can take your old phone number to your new home as long as you're moving within the same telephone exchange area.
In order to change landline phone number, the owner of the telephone number should come to the AZEUROTEL office or Service centre “Shebeke” with his/her ID card.
In order to cancel landline phone number, the owner of the telephone number should come to the AZEUROTEL office or Service centre “Shebeke” with his/her ID card.
As soon as the owner would provide supporting documents and would pay the fee, the landline phone number could be transferred to the name of the owner’s family member or in case of sale transaction of the apartment to the name of another person.
In order to transfer the landline telephone number after owner’s death to the name of another person, it is necessary to provide a death certificate of the deceased person and an Identity Card of the person whose name the number would be transferred; and documents providing ownership in case of absence of registration to the house.
Within 2 months after termination, phone number is not sold to another subscriber, i.e. if subscriber applies within that period he/she can retrieve the number, by making payment as per telephone installation (30 AZN).
Landline telephone users must make pre-payment till the 5th of current month. In case of non-payment the service is suspended one-sidedly beginning from the 6th of month and subscriber will only receive calls. If subscriber does not make payment within the next month, phone line is blocked in the network, in order not to charge the subscriber any more. 2 months after the disconnection (4 months after indebtedness) subscriber can retrieve telephone service by making payment for 2 months used services and subscription fee. Otherwise, contract with the subscriber will be terminated.

According to the contract, monthly subscription fee for the current month should be fully paid from 1 to 5 days of the following month
Payments methods are: E-gov.az, GoldenPay, Hesab.az, Easypay, Kassam.az, banks, payment terminals (Paypoint), AZEUROTEL office and Service centre “Shebeke”.
Subscriber can block telephone service and remain our subscriber by making one-time payment (2 AZN) and monthly subscription fee (2,5 AZN).

The customer should provide only ID card If the address of registration is the same;
If the registration address is different, documents providing ownership (the deed, contract for the sale, etc.) and an Identification Card are required;
The customer is obliged to provide documents providing ownership, an Identification Card and TIN if he/she is the owner of the property;
If he or she is not the owner of the property, an Identification Card, the lease agreement and TIN are required.
The customer is obliged to provide an official letter, TIN, Certificate of State registration and lease agreement in case he/she is not the owner of the property;
The customer is obliged to provide an official letter, TIN, Certificate of State registration and document providing ownership in case if he/she is the owner of the property.
An Agreement is signed with the customer on the basis of these documents.
