For using virtual server our clients get domain name - unique address in the Internet network, which could be easily identified by search engines. The registration of new Top Level Domain names is established under the registration policy, rules, terms and conditions.

• If domain name is free for registration;
• If copyright and trademarks are not infringed;
• If generally accepted moral and ethical standards are not violated.

Otherwise, the registration of requested domain name does not execute.

In case of using a previously registered domain name, the customer is obliged to provide suitable evidence and required documentation as proof of ownership of the server name registered as a domain name.  If the domain name has been registered to the client - entry in the ICANN, or IANA, Root Zone Database is suitable. Written permission from the owner is required if the domain name is registered to another private or corporate customers.

Otherwise domain registration with requested name is not made.

In case of use of earlier registered domain name Client is obliged to provide documentary evidence of possession right on server with this name :

• If domain name was earlier registered in the name of Client record in ICANN, or IANA, Root Zone DataBase are considered as evidence;
• If domain name is registered in the name of other physical or legal person it is required to provide written permission from domain name holder.
